Throughout my own personal healing journey, I have learned how important it is to really take care of your physical body.  The type of foods you eat, products you use, and how toxic your environment are, all play a huge role in your physical health.  For me personally, as a channeler, it is extremely important to maintain optimal health so I can continue to have the energy to support others with my readings.
