The day to day of life can be challenging and stressful if we are not making sure to take care of ourselves. I work with so many clients who come to me and are not grounded in their bodies. They feel tired, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, and not able to focus clearly. All of these can be symptoms of being ungrounded. This means that you are not fully present in your body, and you are disconnected from yourself.
There are many practices you can do to help yourself to ground. One very easy way to ground back into your body, is through your breath. In this Peaceful Pop-Up, I walk you through the steps of using a breathing technique I practice myself. This can be done anywhere, and is also very helpful if you are having trouble sleeping.
